As the Accounting Clerk for the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, Cecilia Elmange provides support to the accounting team by processing receipts and invoices for all departments. She collaborates closely with Neighborhood Councils, vendors, and City partners to ensure timely payments and deliveries. Additionally, Cecilia plays a vital role in processing staff payroll and maintaining accurate timekeeping records.

Cecilia started her career with the City of Los Angeles working at LACERS. Her tasks include processing quarterly retiree reimbursements, attending to phone calls and mailing health benefit packets.

Cecilia obtained her Associate of Arts degree from Fullerton College. She has a current interest in the arts, and enjoys reading, painting, museums, and attending live events.
